When we talk about paint and carpet it is one thing, but you tend to find structural issues in some of the homes in our area and that helps explain why it did not sell. The worst part is since it is bank owned you can not track down any prior inspection reports to really ID the major issues free of charge (since a previous potential buyer paid for the inspection).
