After spending the past few years selling Tempe Homes, it comes as no surprise that Arizona is one of the leaders when it comes to foreclosures. We’ve always been behind California and Michigan, fighting with Nevada and Florida for the bronze medal in numbers. If they’re not beating up on real estate on the front page of the Arizona Republic, then they give it to us in the business section. Sometimes it feels like you can’t walk your dog 50 feet in your neighborhood without bumping into a bank owned sign.
Fortunately, we put a team together to solve one of the most pressing problems today in Arizona. With the force of a handful of brains, we may have solved not only the foreclosure crisis, but maybe even Arizona’s economic woes as well. Only time will tell how well this plan works, but if all goes to calculation, we may be able to repeat this process throughout the country.
If you click on the image below, you can see the 8 things we can do today and in the near future to slow down this crisis. Some might say that the solutions are controversial. Well, sometimes it takes great leadership to look at controversy in the eyes and say, “bring it on.” Yes, that was a reference to that cheerleader movie.

Nice to see some one actually using the infographics to present the normal boring idea in a very much presentable manner…. the only problem is that the picture takes too much time to load…!! but over all a nice idea to work with!!

Leslie, are you implying that these are not valid options?
I like #6. At least it would take inventory off the market. What’s a pool home over in Maricopa selling for these days?
Nice use of the infographics. Makes it more interesting. Thanks for sharing!
funny! I am with number 1. As a loan adviser, I used to give loans, basically mortgages. Some customers over did it and they would live with borrowed money. Now, foreclosures are coming to my country, too! (Greece)

LOL! With all the negativity that understandably surrounds the housing market these days, it’s nice to read a little change of pace. Sure, the market is still bad and people are suffering, but we still need a good laugh about it every now and again. Thanks for that.
I thought you were going to give us some forthwhile information here! I had my serious face on! But i guess that a smile and a laugh is much better to end the day.

Also, what can be done when people are not financially secure but want to spend to live in their dream houses? Paying off home loans can turn into a nightmare so it is safer to get advice from the right people before buying a magnificent home.
I wish people could be able to solve their pressing problem with their homes. I agree house, which could be afforded by low income families, is a good idea. Maybe the government should also resolved this issue so that the state could be able to focus on other problems.
